Isli Hidi (born October 15, 1980 in Tirana ) is an Albanian football player . The goalkeeper has been under contract with KS Bylis Ballsh since summer 2019 .

Career

society

Hidi's career began in his hometown at SK Tirana in the Albanian category Superiore . Since he did not get a chance at first, he was loaned out to league rivals KS Bylis Ballsh in the 2001/02 season. After his return he was able to assert himself as a regular at SK Tirana. In 2007 he left the club and moved to Krywbas Krywyj Rih in the Ukrainian Premjer-Liha , in the first half of the 2008/09 season he was loaned to Alki Larnaka in Cyprus . After he had hardly been considered in the 2009/10 season, Hidi returned to his home country and played for Dinamo Tirana from summer 2010 . Six months later, however, he moved back to Olympiacos Nicosia abroad. After six months he joined the league competitor AEL Limassol . He then played for three years with city rivals Apollon Limassol and went back to Olympiacos Nicosia for two seasons in 2016. Since 2018 he has been back in Albania, first for KS Teuta Durrës and currently he is back under contract with KS Bylis Ballsh. There he is the regular penalty taker and has already scored four goals this season.

National team

Hidi played a total of 17 games for the Albanian national soccer team between 2005 and 2011 . He made his debut on May 29, 2005 in a friendly against Poland (0-1). As the second goalkeeper behind Arjan Beqaj , he was mostly used in friendly matches.
