Islote Afuera ( Spanish for Outer Island ) is a small island west of Hoseason Island in the Palmer Archipelago off the west coast of the Antarctic Peninsula . It is located around 30 km west of Trinity Island .
The name goes back to Argentine scientists. The further naming background has not been passed down.
