Ispartaspor is a Turkish football club from Isparta , which currently plays in the Boelgesel Amatoer Lig. The club used to be represented in the second highest Turkish league for many years . Despite the declining success, the club has many and very fanatical fans. The club colors are based on the rose and its leaves on the logo green-pink.
history
The association was officially founded on October 11, 1967 . The composition of the first real team, however, followed on February 23, 1968 with the addition of the clubs Doğanspor and Esnafspor.
In the 1975/76 season, the club rose under the leadership of the then coach Gazenfer Olcayto in the third division , which was celebrated as the first success of the club. The club played a few years its games in the second Turkish division until he was relegated back to the third division after the 1982-1983 season. With the beginning of the 1985/1986 season, the club recalled the achievements of previous years and rose again to the second division under the leadership of coach Turgay Meto. The club celebrated its last success with the rise after the 1999/00 season. After only one season, however, the team rose again. The club currently plays in the Boelgesel Amatoer Lig.
The club's arch rival is the local soccer team from the neighboring town of Afyonkarahisar .
