The 1999/2000 season was the seventh season of the Israeli ice hockey league , the highest Israeli ice hockey league . Champion was the first time in club history at all of HC Ma'alot .
Master HC Ma'alot's center Sergei Belo was voted the most valuable player .

In the main round, each of the five teams played a total of 16 games. The four best-placed teams qualified for the playoffs in which the champions were played out. Each team received two points for a win, one point for a draw and zero points for a defeat.
