Issa Aqberbaev
Issa Baqytschanuly Aqberbajew ( Kazakh Иса Бақытжанұлы Ақбербаев , Russian Иса Бахытжанович Акбербаев Issa Bachytschanowitsch Akberbajew * 5. November 1983 in Qostanai , Kazakhstan ) is a Kazakh professional boxer in the cruiserweight division and currently undefeated.
Career
The left wingman made his professional debut in 2009 .
At the end of March 2011, he won the vacant WBC Asian title with a knockout victory in round 2 . In the same year both the international IBO and the intercontinental IBO titles were added, for which he had to defeat Armin Dollinger and Mauro Adrian Ordiales (both titles were also vacant).
At the end of February 2015, Aqberbayev competed against Ruben Angel Mino for the insignificant vacant GBU World Championship; Aqberbayev knocked Mino hard in the first round. He defended the title three times.
