István Pisont (born May 16, 1970 in Orosháza ) is a former Hungarian football player and coach.

Career

István Pisont came to Eintracht from Frankfurt in 1998 , having previously been under contract with Honvéd Budapest , the Belgian club RSC Charleroi and the Israeli club Beitar Jerusalem . He played 17 Bundesliga games for Hessen in the 1998/99 season and two games in the DFB Cup . After a year in Germany he returned to Israel before returning to his Hungarian homeland in 2003. In 2014/15, Pisont coached the Hungarian U-19 national team and from 2015 to 2017 he was assistant coach of Diósgyőri VTK .
