The Itelligence AG (proper spelling: itelligence AG ) is an in Bielefeld -based IT service provider for SAP -Umfeld for SMEs.
history
In 1989 Herbert Vogel and Wolfgang Schmidt founded S&P Consult as a management consultancy specializing in the introduction of SAP. Five years later the company was renamed SVP GmbH (Schmidt Vogel & Partner). The company has been a partner of SAP since 1995. In the year before the dot-com bubble burst , the company, now trading as SVC AG (Schmidt Vogel Consulting), went public . Itelligence AG emerged from the merger with APCON AG in 2000.
The partnership between Itelligence AG and NTT DATA was established on October 23, 2007, making it the main shareholder of Itelligence AG. In 2008 Itelligence became a partner at SAPCON in the Czech Republic and the new data center in Bautzen went into operation, in 2009 at 2B Interactive in the Netherlands .
In 2010 Itelligence took over the majority stake in RPF Consulting in the USA and in Adelante in France, as well as Chelford SAP Solutions in Great Britain. In 2011 and 2012, Itelligence expanded with the takeover of Contemporary in the USA, Blueprint Management Systems in Great Britain, 2C change in Denmark and Elsys in Turkey. In 2013, Itelligence took over the Aster Group in the USA, as well as the SAP-based business in North America from Software AG. In 2013 it was decided to transfer the shares of the minority shareholders to NTT Data , Itelligence is therefore a 100% subsidiary of NTT DATA. The listing of Itelligence AG shares was discontinued shortly afterwards.
Itelligence plans to move its Swiss headquarters from Regensdorf to “The Circle” at Zurich Airport in spring 2021 .
