Ivan Woods (born December 31, 1976 in Toronto ) is a former Canadian-Maltese soccer player.

Woods began his career in the Maltese Premier League at Valletta FC . There he played four successful years. For the 1998/99 season he was loaned to Sliema Wanderers . After his contract with Valletta had expired, he went to Pietà Hotspurs . There he played successfully for the next six years, where he made his debut for the national team of Malta in 2003 due to his scoring danger . By 2011, it had been used 48 times there. From the summer of 2005 he played actively and successfully for Sliema Wanderers for five years. In 2010 he moved to FC Floriana before returning to Wanderers two years later. He ended his career in 2014.
