Jägerhaus (Mintraching)

Jägerhaus is a district of the municipality of Mintraching and has ten residents (as of April 1, 2020). So Jägerhaus is a hamlet and consists of two farms. Jägerhaus is geographically the lowest point between Geisling and Sengkofen .

history

Jägerhaus was founded in the early 1950s for displaced people. So two families came to the two state-built farms in the mid-1950s and were expelled from their homeland of Bohemia (today's Czech Republic ). Since then, the operations have expanded and additional buildings have been built.

The municipality part of Mintraching was given the name "Jägerhaus" by decision of the government of the Upper Palatinate with effect from January 1, 1981.
