Buildings

  • Catholic pilgrimage and branch church of St. Maria in Dorfstraße 35: The Gothic church is a hall building with a retracted choir, flank tower with onion dome, rel. 1461. Baroque changes took place from 1722.

During a storm with high rainfall in summer 2018, when it rained into the church, the historically known fresco on the ceiling was partially damaged. Due to this and the falling plastered parts of the ceiling, the church was temporarily closed. Both the fresco and the church were then restored and after the work was finished, the church was reopened.
