Moosham is a district and a district of the municipality of Mintraching in the Upper Palatinate district of Regensburg . It is located in the Gäuboden at an altitude of 342 meters about three kilometers southeast of Mintraching on the state road 2111 and the Regensburg – Passau railway line .

Moosham was first mentioned in a document in 883. The name Mosaheim means something like Sumpfheim, which is due to its location in the Pfattermoos.
