Jérôme Déom (born April 19, 1999 in Libramont-Chevigny ) is a Belgian football player . The midfielder is currently under contract with MVV Maastricht .

Career

Since he was nine years old, Déom played in the various youth teams of Standard Liège . He was promoted in the association's training center, the Académie Robert Louis-Dreyfus .

After he was still used as a player in the reserve team in nine of the ten play-off 2 games of the 2016/17 season in the first team, Standard signed a professional contract with him on May 5, 2017.

In the 2017/18 season, Déom was not in the squad for any game. For the 2018/19 season it was loaned to MVV Maastricht without a purchase option . Nevertheless, Déom finally moved to Maastricht at the beginning of the next 2019/20 season.

National team

From the U15 onwards, Déom was used in several Belgian junior teams, most recently on March 27, 2018. So far, he has not played in the senior national team .
