Jón Jónsen
Jón Jónsen (also Jón Kaldal; born August 24, 1896 in Stóradal , Norðurland vestra , † October 30, 1981 in Reykjavík ) was an Icelandic long-distance runner who started for Denmark .
At the Olympic Games in Antwerp in 1920 he came in 28th place in cross-country and was eliminated over 5000 m in the preliminary run.
In 1920 and 1922 he was Danish champion over 5000 m . He set his personal best over this distance of 15: 23.0 minutes on August 6, 1922 in Copenhagen .
