Józef Zubek (born March 4, 1914 in Kościelisko , † November 6, 1988 in Zakopane ) was a Polish soldier and skier.

Zubek was born in Kościelisko and was the son of a family of skiers. He was a ski racer and ski jumper in the SN-1907 PTT Klub Sportowy Kemping Zakopane . He took part in the military patrol of the 1936 Winter Olympics . The Polish team provided eight participants.

At the Nordic World Ski Championships in 1939 and the Olympic Winter Games in 1960 , he trained the cross-country team. He also worked as a mountain guide for the Club Wysokogórskiego, later as a ski instructor and cross-country ski trainer for the SN and KS Kolejarz PTT.

In 1969 he became a master of sports and an honorary member of the SN PTT Zakopane in 1980. He died in Zakopane.
