Jörg-Roger Hische

Jörg-Roger Hische (* 1958 in Hameln ; † July 17, 2015 in Springe ) was a German local politician and full-time mayor of the city of Springe.

In 1977 Hische passed his Abitur at the Tellkampf School in Hanover . He then joined the Lower Saxony Police in 1977 . He first worked in the middle service career, later in the upper service. He completed his studies with a degree in administration. He also studied law in Hanover from 1990 to 1992 without a degree. On September 30, 2002 he resigned from the service of the Lower Saxony police; at that time he was police chief inspector and deputy head of the Barsinghausen Police Department . He then took office as mayor in October 2002. In 2011, he won a direct election for a second term. He died in office in July 2015.
