Jörg Ahlbrecht (* 1967 in Göttingen ) is a German evangelical theologian , pastor , mentor and author of Christian books.

Live and act

Jörg Ahlbrecht grew up in Kassel and studied Protestant theology at the Theological Seminary in Hamburg and in London. Afterwards he was pastor of the Evangelical Free Church Community (EFG) Grundschöttel- Volmarstein for eleven years and also worked for many years as a journalist and speaker for private radio in Germany and the WDR . Since 2004, Ahlbrecht has been working as a theological consultant for training and resources at the evangelical organization Willow Creek Germany / Switzerland . He works as a mentor and writes regularly for the Christian magazine “ Aufatmen ” and is the author of several books.

Jörg Ahlbrecht is married to his wife Andrea. The couple has two daughters and lives in Oberweimar near Marburg. You are active in the Christus-Treff Marburg and members of the Baptist community in Hassenhausen .
