Jörg Tenckhoff

Jörg Tenckhoff (born March 18, 1940 in Mannheim ; † November 8, 2015 there ) was a German legal scholar .

Life

He studied law in Heidelberg and Freiburg im Breisgau . He received his doctorate from the University of Heidelberg in 1974 under Karl Lackner . After his habilitation in 1977, he taught from 1978 to 2006 as a professor for criminal law, criminal procedure law and juvenile criminal law at the Law Faculty of the University of Augsburg .
