Júlio César , full name Júlio César Rocha Costa (born May 12, 1980 in Rio de Janeiro ), is a former Brazilian football player .

Career

The player starts his career in Brazil at Bangu AC in Rio de Janeiro . From there he moved to the Japanese first division club Verdy Kawasaki . After a total of only nine missions, he went back to Brazil. Since then he has only played in lower-class clubs.

On October 14, 2010, Júlio César became Criciúma. Shortly before, however, Júlio César had been arrested for sexual harassment in front of a private school and released for lack of evidence. According to the president, the players were not found guilty but wanted to protect the club's reputation.
