Jewish cemetery (Nieder-Ingelheim)
The Jewish cemetery in Nieder-Ingelheim , a district of Ingelheim am Rhein in the Mainz-Bingen district in Rhineland-Palatinate , has probably been occupied since around 1688. The Jewish cemetery is on Im Saal in the area of the western outer wall of the Kaiserpfalz . It is a protected cultural monument .
During the Nazi era , the tombstones were brought to the cemetery on Hugo-Loersch-Strasse. In 2002 they were set up again on the old cemetery property. The oldest gravestone dates from 1726.
