Jewish cemetery (Volyně)

The Volyně Jewish Cemetery is located in Volyně (German Wolin ), a Czech town in Okres Strakonice in the South Bohemian Region . The cemetery is located on Děkanský Kopec, it was built in the 17th century and has been a protected cultural monument since 1988 .
In the well-preserved cemetery there are numerous tombstones ( mazewot ) in the style of Renaissance , Baroque and Classicism , the oldest up to 300 years old.
