The Jewish cemetery is a listed facility in Schwalenberg , a district of Schieder-Schwalenberg in the North Rhine-Westphalian district of Lippe in Germany .

The burial place for Jewish citizens is on the southern slope of the castle hill. It was laid out in the middle of the 18th century and used for burial until 1922 . During the time of National Socialism , the cemetery was devastated several times. The complex consists of 55 burial sites; 47 are provided with gravestones with Hebrew and / or German inscriptions. After 1945 the tombstones were rearranged.
