Jürgen Rausch

Jürgen Rausch (born September 12, 1961 in Bad Waldsee , Upper Swabia) is a German educational and social scientist, he is the chairman of the SAK Lörrach .

Live and act

After completing his school education in Bad Waldsee, he became an officer in the federal police with special tasks in promoting sports. (1982–1992; with national and international successes as a motorcycle and later as a cyclist). A job at the Eckert vocational support organization was followed by training for the state school service in Bayreuth and activities at primary and secondary schools in Bavaria and Northwestern Switzerland (1994-2005) with additional training in Montessori pedagogy and an accompanying master’s degree in social management at the Evangelical University of Freiburg (EHF) with an MA

As an assistant to the management in a Swiss company, he was responsible for the reorganization of production areas and for the introduction of process management and quality management. As a doctoral student with Martin Schreiner at the Hildesheim Foundation University , Jürgen Rausch conducted an exploratory study on the interrelationship between the understanding of education and school management in Protestant schools with a doctorate at the Department of Protestant Theology for Dr. phil. 2009. Among other things, he generated an integrative management model for (Protestant) schools based on the New St. Gallen Management Model .

This was followed by a teaching position at the Evangelical University of Freiburg - most recently as head of the social management course.

Jürgen Rausch has been CEO of SAK Lörrach e. V. and its subsidiaries; He works as a lecturer in university teaching and is involved in various federal associations and specialist committees for educational topics and the management of social work.

In February 2018 Jürgen Rausch was elected as the successor to Armin Schuster as district chairman of the CDU Lörrach.
