Jürgen Rischar

Jürgen Rischar (born April 2, 1944 in Saarbrücken ) is a German politician ( SPD ).

Life

Jürgen Rischar attended the Protestant elementary school in Sulzbach in Saarland from 1950 to 1959 . He then completed an administration apprenticeship with the city of Sulzbach from 1959 to 1962 and worked there as a clerk at the social welfare office from 1962 to 1965. During this time he completed a second degree . From 1965 to 1967 he worked in the preparatory service for the higher service in the general administration and was then head of the main office of the city of Sulzbach from 1968 to 1978. From 1978 to 1980 he took over the management of the Sulzbach city treasury.

Jürgen Rischar has been a member of the SPD since 1968 and became chairman of the Sulzbach local association and chairman of the Saarbrücken-Land sub-district . He was elected to the Saarland state parliament in the state elections in 1980, 1985, 1990 and 1994 . There he took over the chairmanship of the submission, home affairs, budget and finance committee. In 2009 he was the chairman of the 60plus working group in the Saar SPD regional association.
