Works by Dückerhoffs have been shown in numerous solo and group exhibitions at home and abroad since 1998, and he is also represented in the collection of contemporary art of the Federal Republic of Germany in Bonn .

Von Dückerhoff developed the so-called erasure as a special technique : “He uses richly illustrated books that he often finds at flea markets. The printed images in these books then form the basis for his artistic work. He works on these with a special eraser, which practically serves as a brush. His 'painting' consists in partially erasing and modifying the existing images. "
