Jōichirō Tatsuyoshi ( Jap. 辰? ?一郎 , shinjitai : 辰吉丈一郎 , Tatsuyoshi Jōichirō * 5. May 1970 in Kurashiki , Japan ) is a former Japanese boxer in the bantamweight .

Professional career

In 1989 he started his professional career successfully. On September 19, 1991, already in his 8th fight, he boxed against Greg Richardson for the world title of the association WBC and won by technical knockout in round 9. However, he lost this title in his first title defense against Victor Rabanales in the year thereon.

On November 22, 1997 he captured this belt for the second time when he defeated Sirimongkol Singwancha in the 7th round by TKo. Overall, he defended the title twice and lost it in late August 1999 to Veeraphol Sahaprom by technical knockout.
