The JAC S3 is an SUV built by the Chinese car manufacturer JAC since 2014 .

history

The S3 came onto the market on August 27, 2014. In Brazil, the vehicle was sold as the JAC T5 until summer 2018 , and since then it has been marketed as the JAC T50 . The SUV is not available in Germany. The revised version of the S3 was presented at the Chengdu Auto Show 2016.

At the 1st Salon International de l'Automobile (SIAM) in Monaco in February 2017 , the Italian car manufacturer DR Automobiles presented the DR 4, an SUV based on the JAC S3. This has been sold in Italy since October 2017.

Technical specifications

The vehicle is powered by a 1.5 liter four-cylinder engine with two power levels. A 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine has also been available since October 2016.
