The JNG-90 , also called "Bora", is a Turkish sniper rifle made by Makina ve Kimya Endüstrisi Kurumu (MKEK).

Development history

The JNG-90 was developed by MKEK between 2004 and 2008. It was presented to the public in 2007 at the International Defense Industry Fair (IDEF) in Ankara .

description

The JNG-90 has a free-floating barrel , a muzzle brake , a chamber closure , an aluminum housing, a polymer -Griffstück, a bipod , a removable cartridge 10 sive magazine , and a fully adjustable shoulder rest .

By means of integrated Picatinny or NATO rails , it can accommodate extensions such as night vision sights , tactical light , laser aiming aid, handles or the like.

The effective range is up to 1200 meters.
