John "Jack" Graham (born April 12, 1873 in Derby ; † April 1925 ) was a professional English football player around the turn of the century in the London area .

Career

Graham played in the 1890s first in the London suburb of Clapham for a club called Magpie and then for the Cray Wanderers in the Kent League , which at the time were a professional club and served as the farm team of Woolwich Arsenal . He subsequently worked for Millwall Athletic in the professional Southern League before moving to Woolwich Arsenal in the Football League Second Division in September 1899 (he may have previously been with Woolwich temporarily in the 1897/98 season, but remained in in any case without use). There, the right defender was scheduled to replace Duncan McNichol and came on October 14, 1899 against Gainsborough Trinity for his only league use during the season, otherwise he played for the reserve team in the Kent League. At the end of the season, he left Arsenal again and subsequently played for the London-based Southern League clubs Brentford and Fulham FC .
