Jacob Holzklau

Heinrich Jacob Holzklau , also Heinrich Jakob Holzklau (born April 22, 1806 in Siegen , † December 2, 1866 there ), was a German leather manufacturer and politician.

Holzklau was a leather manufacturer and tannery owner in Siegen. On August 7, 1849, he was elected as one of the eleven members of the first Siegen Chamber of Commerce and remained a member of the chamber for many years.

He was active in local politics in the city of Siegen and was an alderman there. In 1847 he was a member of the First United State Parliament . From 1860 to 1865 he was a member of the Provincial Parliament of the Province of Westphalia for the electoral district Duchy of Westphalia and the city of Siegen .
