Jacqueline Pusey
Jacqueline Pusey (also Jackie Pusey ; born August 14, 1959 in Saint Mary Parish ) is a former Jamaican sprinter .
At the Central American and Caribbean Championships, she won silver over 200 m in 1975 and 1977 and gold over 200 m and 400 m in 1981 . At the Athletics World Cup in 1981 she was third over 400 m.
At the Olympic Games in 1976 in Montreal and 1980 in Moscow, she reached the semi-finals over 200 m. In the 4 x 100 meter relay , she came with the Jamaican team in 1976 and 1980 in sixth place and won the bronze medal at the World Athletics Championships in Helsinki in 1983 .
In 1981, Pusey was named Jamaica's Sportswoman of the Year .
