Jacques Beurlet (born December 21, 1944 in Marche-en-Famenne , Luxembourg Province , Belgium ) is a former Belgian football player .

Career

societies

Beurlet played for Standard Liège , where he won the Belgian championship four times in 1963 and from 1969 to 1971 and the Belgian Cup in 1966 and 1967 . From 1961 to 1974 he played for Standard 348 league games in which he scored twelve goals. He then moved to Royale Union Saint-Gilloise , where he ended his career a year later.

National team

Beurlet was part of the Belgian squad at the 1970 World Cup in Mexico , but was not used during the tournament. In 1968 and 1969 he played three international matches for the "Red Devils", in which he was unsuccessful.
