Jah Mason (actually Andre Johnson , * 1970 in Manchester Parish , Jamaica) is a Jamaican reggae - Deejay .

He made his first studio recording in 1991, still under the name "Perry Mason", with producer Junior Reid .

His most famous songs include Princess Gone , Mi chalwa (on the Roots-Tonic Riddim) and Surprise Dem . He recorded his first album, Working so hard , with Jah Cure . He also regularly contributes songs to various riddims and often appears at major reggae festivals around the world.
