The Jahntinden is a mountain in the Heimefrontfjella of the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It rises up from Sivorgfjella in Skjønsbergskarvet .
Scientists from the Norwegian Polar Institute named it in 1967. It is named after the Norwegian politician Gunnar Jahn (1883–1971), a leader of the resistance movement against the German occupation of Norway in World War II .
