Rico Horber

Rico "Rico H." Horber (born April 1980 in Zurich ) is a Swiss drummer and music producer. He has been the drummer for Stoneman since 2004 and AnnA Lux since 2017 .

Training and work

Already in his childhood Horber was active on drums and some bands. He took drum lessons with Sal Celi (USA) and Marius Payer, completed a percussion course at the Academy of Contemporary Music , as well as a sound engineer at the SAE Institute in Zurich and the ZHdK . In 2007, Rico H. founded the Swiss Drum Academy, which gradually grew into the largest drum school in Switzerland. He also published several books, especially drum seminars. Rico H has appeared on over 70 recordings as a drummer and holds drum workshops in different countries.

In his own studio on Mallorca, the Swiss also produces a wide variety of musicians, film and advertising productions and is active as a studio drummer.

Band projects

Since 2004 he has been a permanent member of the New German Hardness Formation Stoneman , with whom he has played several hundred concerts, including at the Wacken Open Air . Since 2016 he has also been playing the drums for AnnA Lux .
