Jakub Hrstka (born March 17, 1990 in Zubří ) is a Czech handball player .

The 1.87 meter tall and 86 kilogram heavy left winger was initially under contract with HC Gumárny Zubří . With Zubří he played in the EHF Cup (2006/07, 2010/11) and in the European Cup Winners' Cup (2007/08, 2008/09). In the summer of 2011 he moved to the Slovak club HT Tatran Prešov . With Tatran Prešov he won the Slovak championship in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 and the Slovak Cup in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. Since the 2019/20 season he has been playing for the German third division club Dessau-Roßlauer HV .

Jakub Hrstka was part of the Czech national team , for example for the 2010 European handball championship . He played his first game for the senior national team on December 22, 2007 against the Hungarian selection . So far, Hrstka has played 113 international matches in which he scored 360 goals.
