The Jamborowy Wierch is a mountain on the Polish-Slovak border in the Western Tatras with 1565 m height.
Location and surroundings
The state border runs over the main ridge of the Tatra Mountains , on which the Jamborowy Wierch is located. To the east of the summit is the Dolina Chochołowska valley .
tourism
The Jamborowy Wierch was popular with hikers. In 2008 its summit was declared a strict nature reserve and the marked hiking trail to the summit was closed.
The Ornak Hut and Chochołowska Hut are ideal starting points for climbing the surrounding mountain passes from the valleys .
