James N. Rosenau

James Nathan Rosenau (born November 25, 1924 in Philadelphia , † September 9, 2011 in Louisville ) was an American political scientist . He was Professor of International Politics at George Washington University , Washington, DC As such, he dealt particularly intensively with the interrelationship between domestic and foreign policy and was President of the International Studies Association .

He introduced the term penetrated system (a state or state structure whose society is so permeated by another society that it takes over the goals of the other society) in the political science discussion.
