James T. White

James Timothy White (born January 4, 1985 in Calgary, Canada ) is a self-made millionaire , entrepreneur , author and was President and CEO of J & W Corporate, a multimillion-dollar corporation comprising 5 companies.

In 2006, at the age of 21 and only 4 years after it was officially founded, White earned an estimated $ 4 million net and employed over 280 people . In 2010, at the age of just 25, as CEO of Eurotex Finanz Inc. (KFE.DE) he became the world's youngest CEO ever to be listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange . In 2010, White also founded Eurotex Global Savings & Trust SA.

Beginnings

White began doing business at the young age of eleven when he watched other children shoveling snow across the street and immediately saw the endless opportunities that such a job would open to him. After buying a snow shovel for $ 20, he began clearing driveways and building a wide customer base. By the age of 14, White had saved enough money to buy a snow thrower ; but still not satisfied with his seasonal business, he decided to mow the lawn as well. One thing led to another and by the time he reached his teens he had already started a successful company called J&W Lawn Care & Snow Removal and made his first million when he was just 16.

  • J & W Tire Trax (2002–2008): tire repair, import and sale.
  • J & W Asset Management (2004–2006): Management of commercial real estate .
  • J&W Courier Service (2005–2006): Worked with FedEx Ground on package delivery.
  • J & W Waste Management (2006–2006): Delivered garbage cans and organized the transport to the dump .
  • J & W Property Management (2001–2006): Management of commercial properties .

In 2006 the company had $ 4 million in net income , but later that year James sold the company to his father Timothy White, who renamed the company J&W Mechanical Inc. With the proceeds from the sale, White started Canam Credit Company.

Canam credit company

Founded with his longtime girlfriend Amy Tan in 2006, the company's activities included almost every aspect of private credit industry and the company offered its clients a variety of services such as factoring transactions , first- and second mortgages , automobile loans , Remunerations- advance payments and short-term loans . The company, primarily focused on providing payday loans in the US, managed to raise $ 10 million in investment capital and in April 2007 bought Canada Debt Assistance for $ 1.5 million from Rogers Associate Financial Partners, a company based on the TSX Venture Exchange and later attempted to merge the two companies .

Controversy and bankruptcy

In November 2007, Service Alberta opened an investigation by Canada Debt Assistance, which was resolved on March 10, 2008.

In November 2007, Canam Credit Company terminated its agreement with Rogers Associate Financial Partners.

James White left the company on March 7, 2008 as President & CEO and on April 8, 2008 as Managing Director . The company filed for bankruptcy eight months later, on December 29, 2008 , amid the global recession .

Due to the termination of the business combination, Rogers Associate Financial Partners Inc. was removed from the list of the TSX Venture Exchange in 2008 .

Canada Debt Assistance was subsequently revoked by Service Alberta on December 31, 2008 .

Eurotex Finance Inc. (Main Holding Company)

Eurotex Finanz Inc., founded in November 2009, is a company that provides financial services to small businesses. The company was listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (KFE.F) in January 2010 , making White the youngest CEO ever to be listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange at the age of 25. He took over the title from PUMA CEO Jochen Zeitz , who was the youngest CEO on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in 1993 at the age of 30. In May 2011, Eurotex Finanz Inc. announced plans to privatize the company after completely relocating its headquarters to the British Virgin Islands .

Eurotex Global Savings & Trust SA

Founded in 2010, the Luxembourg- based private financial company offers wealthy private investors and companies the establishment of so-called non-discretionary "Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts" (GRAT). The company opened with a business volume of over 9 million euros in the first few weeks and currently holds over 210 million euros in assets. In January 2011, the company incorporated its partner Eurotex Global Savings & Trust Inc. in New Zealand .

Eurotex Finance (US) Inc.

Founded in May 2011, the US- based private finance company focuses primarily on lending and financing services for individuals and commercial ventures with little or no credit history.
