Jan Mertl (born January 3, 1982 in Ústí nad Labem , Czechoslovakia ) is a Czech tennis player .

Career

Jan Mertl mainly plays on the ATP Challenger Tour and the ITF Future Tour . So far, he has celebrated 14 single and 12 double victories on the ITF Future Tour. So far, he has won the doubles competition on the ATP Challenger Tour. At the side of the Kazakhs Yuri Schtschukin he won the 2010 tournament in Kazan , where they defeated the German duo Tobias Kamke and Julian Reister in the final .
