Jana Mandana Lacey-Krone (née Pilz; born April 7, 1979 in Munich ), artist name Jana Mandana , is a Swiss animal teacher and head of the Circus Krone .

She was born in 1979 in Munich, the daughter of the Swiss circus-loving couple Pilz, where her father worked for the Bogner fashion company . Her parents were close friends with Christel Sembach-Krone , the director of Circus Krone. Therefore, Jana Mandana (the middle name goes back to an Iranian grandmother) grew up in the circus and was trained as a rider and animal trainer by Sembach-Krone. Even as a young girl, she performed an exotic number.

In 2001 she was adopted by the childless Christel Sembach-Krone and thus designated as the successor to the circus director. She is responsible for the stables with 60 horses, which she presents in freedom dressage as well as under the dressage saddle. She also works with the exotic species - llamas, camels and zebras - of the Krone family and, together with the elephant trainer James Puydebois, with the elephants.

Jana Mandana Lacey-Krone has been with the English lion tamer Martin Lacey jr since December 17th, 2007 . married and mother of Alexis Henry Lacey-Krone (* 2008).
