Jana Uderstadt (born June 21, 1995 ) is a German long-distance runner , duathlete and triathlete . She is two-time age group European champion on the triathlon middle distance (2016, 2018).

Career

Jana Uderstadt has been running triathlon since 2012. She starts in the DSW Darmstadt triathlon team .

At the Frankfurt City Triathlon in August 2016, she finished third on the Olympic distance (1.5 km swimming, 45 km cycling and 10 km running). In September 2016 she became ETU European Champion in the middle distance in the age group 20-24 (1.9 km swimming, 90 km cycling and 21 km running).

In June 2018, the 22-year-old won the Ironman 70.3 European Championships in Denmark in the 18-24 age group and was seventh in the overall women's field.
