Janie Eickhoff , married. Eickhoff Quigley (born June 15, 1970 in Long Beach , California ) is a former American track cyclist .

Janie Eickhoff belonged to the elite of US female track cyclists from the late 1980s to the mid-1990s, and in 1987 she was two-time junior world champion in the single pursuit and sprint . In the following years she won ten national titles in the pursuit, time trial and points race . At the UCI track world championships in 1989 she was third in the points race, at the track World Cup in 1991 third in the points race and second in the pursuit, in 1992 again third in the points race. In 1993 and 1994 she was third in the persecution.

In 1989, Eickhoff was named Woman Amateur Cyclist of the Year by the American Cycling Association.
