Janine Ganser (born November 23, 1989 in Essen ) is a German soccer player .

Career

Ganser played 19 Bundesliga games for SG Essen-Schönebeck from 2006 to 2008 , mostly as a substitute. After only four short appearances at Essen in her second year, she moved to the second division club SG Wattenscheid 09 in summer 2008 . After Wattenscheid was relegated to the second division, Ganser joined the league competitor 1. FC Lokomotive Leipzig for the 2010/11 season . After only a year, however, she moved back to her home country, the year before VfL Bochum had taken over the women's football department of SG Wattenscheid after their relegation. In the summer of 2014 Ganser went to the Lower Rhine division SpVg Schonnebeck .
