Janine Strahl-Austria

Janine Strahl-Oesterreich (born May 17, 1959 in Stralsund ) is a German television presenter , author, interpreter, translator and interpreter.

Life

Janine Oesterreich studied Scandinavian Studies and Philosophy at the University of Greifswald from 1977 to 1983 and graduated with a diploma. She then worked in the Danish editorial team of Radio Berlin International until 1991 . After the political change, Janine Strahl-Oesterreich also worked as a television announcer for the DFF in Berlin. Together with Klaus-Peter Grap, on December 31, 1991, she acted as a TV announcer through the (last) evening program of the station before it was switched off at midnight. Since 1992 she has been working as a presenter for the MDR , doing readings and stage talk shows. She also works as a translator of books from Danish.

Janine Oesterreich was married to the writer Bob Strahl († 1997), son of Rudi Strahl , for eleven years and has lived in Berlin since 1983.
