Jannek Petri

Jannek Petri (born December 14, 1975 in Berlin ) is a German actor and filmmaker.

Life

Petri completed an apprenticeship at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Art . After first roles in 2000 and 2001 at the Berliner Arbeiter-Theater in Berlin, roles at the Badisches Staatstheater Karlsruhe followed . Petri has been playing there since 2002 in pieces such as Blick zurück im Zorn , Peer Gynt or The beautiful Green Bird . In between there were also engagements from the Ernst Deutsch Theater , Hamburg or the State Theater Braunschweig , where he could be seen in The Visit of the Old Lady and The Storm .

Since 2001 he has had roles in various film productions such as Der Verleger and the thriller Cold is fear . From August 21, 2006 to January 15, 2007 Jannek Petri played the role of Mark Eppinger in the telenovela Butterflies in the Belly on Sat.1 . He also produced the television series Today Müller - Small Ad , where he also directed and wrote the script for most of the episodes.
