Janusz Gol (born November 11, 1985 in Świdnica , Poland ) is a Polish football player who currently works for KS Cracovia in Poland.

Career

Janusz Gol learned to play football in his hometown Świdnica near Polonia / Sparta Świdnica . In 2004 he came to the first team of Polonia / Sparta Świdnica, where he played in the amateur field until 2008. In 2008 he moved to the Ekstraklasa at GKS Bełchatów , where he was able to assert himself immediately and became a regular in midfield. After two and a half successful years at GKS, Gol moved to the top Polish club Legia Warsaw for the second half of the 2010/11 season . For Legia he played 57 times in two and a half seasons in the Ekstraklasa and was once Polish champion and three times Polish cup winner. For the 2013/14 season Janusz Gol moved abroad to Amkar Perm , where he signed a 2-year contract. He was always a regular player in Perm and extended his contract for another 2 years in 2015 including an additional option for another year. The move to KS Cracovia followed in summer 2018 .

Career in the national team

On January 20, 2010 Janusz Gol made his debut in the Polish national team in a 3-1 win against Thailand . In total, he has made eight appearances in the national team so far.
