Japan women's national fistball team

The Japan National Women's Fistball Team is the selection of Japanese female fistball players made by the coaches . They represent their country on an international level at events of the International Fistball Association .

International success

In 1999, the Japan Women's National Fistball Team took part in an international fistball event for the first time. The Asian team competed at the European Fistball Championship in Alzenau ( Germany ) as a guest nation . In 2002 the first participation in a fistball world championship followed in Curitiba, Brazil . The Japanese women's national team has not appeared internationally since the 2006 Fistball World Cup in Jona ( Switzerland ). However, participation is planned for the 2020 World Cup in Chile.
