Jaquiski Tartt (* 18th February 1992 in Mobile , Alabama ) is an American American football player at the position of the safety in the National Football League (NFL). Here he plays for the San Francisco 49ers .
Early years
Tartt attended high school in his native Mobile, Alabama . He later attended the University of Samford .
NFL
Tartt was selected 46th in the second round of the 2015 NFL draft by the San Francisco 49ers . He is the University of Samford's highest drafted player ever. In his first professional season, he managed 52 tackles , two sacks , an interception , a forced fumble and three defended passes. In the 2019 season he reached Super Bowl LIV with the 49ers , but this was lost to the Kansas City Chiefs at 31:20 .
