Jardis Records is an independent German record label that specializes in mainstream jazz .
history
The guitarist Heiner Franz founded the label in 1988 "in order to provide a platform for the German mainstream scene;" the focus is on guitar music. The label is not limited to productions by German musicians such as Joerg Reiter , Helmut Nieberle & Helmut Kagerer , Torsten Goods , Thomas Brendgens-Mönkemeyer or Alex Jung. In addition, records by Frédéric Sylvestre , Vic Juris , Louis Stewart , Peter Leitch , John Stowell & Kelley Shannon, Steve Rochinski, John Stein and Lorenzo Petrocca have been published .
