Jarosław Biernat (born September 6, 1960 in Szczecin , † April 20, 2019 ) was a Polish football player .

Career

Biernat played in Poland with Legia Warsaw and Pogoń Szczecin until 1986 . Then he moved to the Bundesliga for Eintracht Frankfurt , where he made his debut on February 21, 1987 against Fortuna Düsseldorf . The game ended 3: 3, Biernat scored the 0: 1. He spent the next season on loan with SG Union Solingen in the 2nd Bundesliga before returning to Eintracht. He made three more games for Eintracht before moving to SpVgg Bayreuth , where he played another year in the 2nd division. Stations at Preußen Krefeld and SG Düren 99 followed .

Most recently, Jarek Biernat was on the coaching staff of Dürener SV 1906, mainly as a tactical coordinator.

He died on April 20, 2019 after a long illness.
